The transformation has resulted in a vibrant commercial and residential area with upscale shops, restaurants and boutiques, all while being pedestrian friendly providing a stimulating oasis and charming atmosphere to all those who stroll its boulevards and streets in Bloor-Yorkville.
Since that time Aldershot Landscape Maintenance have been proud partners with the Bloor Yorkville BIA to bring to life the streets of Bloor Yorkville by being the service provider to install and maintain the attractive and engaging displays of flowers, perennials, bulbs and wintergreens for the changing seasons.
With a precision coordinated effort, Aldershot Landscape successfully installs over
35000 spring bulbs and pansies for the early spring season — 25000 mature flowers and 500 mature hanging baskets for the summer and autumn seasons and over 20000 garlands, branches, wintergreen boughs and décor items for the holiday & winter season. In order to minimize the disturbance to the shopkeepers and pedestrians, Aldershot performs this work during the overnight hours and changes the seasonal displays in the very tight time frame.
The result is an inviting and vibrant urban space providing a stimulating oasis for those who work, live, visit and shop in the area.
